LONGVIEW, Texas – April 30, 2026 — Capacity Trucks®, the original terminal truck manufacturer, will debut a new cab design and showcase its latest alternative‑fuel technology at ACT Expo, May 4–7 in Las Vegas.
Capacity will exhibit in booth #3935, highlighting its LPG‑powered TJ 5000 terminal truck featuring a newly redesigned cab engineered to improve operator comfort, visibility and functionality.
The updated cab includes a redesigned HVAC and temperature‑control system, improved ergonomics with more intuitive access to controls, and at least 32% more clearance for easier entry and exit. Integrated technologies — including Bendix® Intellipark®, D‑Cams and a smart diagnostic dash gauge — are designed to enhance safety and simplify daily operation.
Built on proven, reliable technology, the LPG‑powered TJ 5000 is powered by a spark‑ignited, naturally aspirated engine delivering 265 horsepower and 553 foot‑pounds of torque, offering diesel‑like performance while helping reduce preventive maintenance and total cost of ownership. State and local incentive programs may also be available to help offset upfront costs.
“With the introduction of the LPG‑powered TJ 5000 and our newly redesigned cab, Capacity continues be a leader in alternative‑powered terminal trucks,” said Larry Daniels, vice president of global sales for the Fire Group, part of the Specialty Vehicles Segment of Terex Corporation. “We’re excited to showcase technology that improves the operator experience while delivering the performance and reliability our customers expect.”
Known worldwide as the Original Trailer Jockey, Capacity terminal trucks move cargo in the world’s busiest ports, rail terminals and distribution centers.
