TJ SERIES

TJ 5000

The TJ 5000 is a single-axle yard jockey truck with a GCWR of up to 81,000 lbs. With optional DURA-RIDE® suspension, it handles rough surfaces with ease. We recommend it for moving cargo at warehouses and distribution facilities. It’s also ideal for intermodal trucking where there are rough surface conditions like potholes and railroad crossings.

The TJ 6500 yard truck features a tandem axle and has GCWR of up to 125,000 lbs. With outstanding traction control and stability, the 6500 is the perfect yard jockey for rough road and yard conditions.

DURA-RIDE®

DURA-RIDE^® is our patented independent rear air spring suspension system that isolates the entire tractor, cab and cargo from road shock, greatly reducing maintenance costs and downtime and extending the life of yard trucks.

ERGO CAB, ALL-STEEL CONSTRUCTION

Capacity’s yard trucks feature a completely redesigned ERGO CAB™ with the tallest entry and egress on the market. Designed with the operator in mind, they also feature a new driver interface, ergonomic controls and optional heated and cooled driver’s seat.

FULLY WELDED FRAME

Capacity terminal trucks are built with a highly robust fully welded frame made from heavy-duty C-channels. This durable design provides a 57% greater Resisting Bending Moment (RBM) than competitive huck-bolted frames, allowing the frame to flex more without creating a permanent bend.
